We provide kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals and related services. All rentals are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

By renting equipment from us, you confirm that:

• You are physically capable of participating in water activities
• You understand the inherent risks of kayaking and paddle boarding

3. Assumption of Risk

Kayaking and paddle boarding are outdoor recreational activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, water conditions, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion.

By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Waiver & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Aqua Drift, LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or death arising from use of our equipment or services
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

You agree to release and hold harmless Aqua Drift, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation.

5. Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Using equipment properly and safely
• Returning all equipment on time and in the same condition

You may be charged for:

• Lost equipment
• Damage beyond normal wear
• Late returns

6. Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds

• Reservation policies, including cancellation and refund terms, are provided at the time of booking
• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at our discretion
• No refunds are guaranteed once equipment has been used
